Jazzy Coach brings you the highly successful Executive Coaching Stakeholder Centered Approach as developed by Marshall Goldsmith himself. This process is structured, transparent, time efficient and highly effective.
The process is as follows
- Work with ‘Leader’ to determine 1-2 Leadership Growth Areas Important to the Leader and the Organization
- Leader selects his/her stakeholders (bosses, direct reports, peers) who will be involved in the process on monthly basis; creating accountability for change by leader and accountability by stakeholders to support the process
- Leader requests monthly ‘feedforward’ suggestions in relation to their selected growth areas
- Leader reflects and develops a monthly action plan in session and then communicates it to stakeholders
- Leader executes action plan with evidence of becoming a more effective leader in the selected growth areas, thereby creating behavioral change and instilling change in perception of behavior by stakeholders
- Leader’s growth progress is reviewed by Coach by working with stakeholder’s and surveying their feedback in relation to Leader’s effectiveness and behavioral change
Throughout this process, Leaders are undergoing routine Coaching Sessions and are gaining resources and tools in the growth areas they have selected for themselves.
